Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We provide free shipping on all orders,
typically takes 2–5 working days.
When can I return or exchange my order?
If your bag has a manufacturing defect or issue, you can request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery (must be unused and in original condition).
If you’ve simply changed your mind, you can return or exchange within 5 days of delivery (also unused and in original condition).
Can I return part of my order?
No, we only accept full order returns or exchanges.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Contact us via Instagram or Facebook DM and share photo proof of the issue. Our team will review your request and get back to you within 2 business days.
Do I need to pay for returns?
No, returns are free! If eligible, we’ll arrange courier pickup and provide either a free replacement or a full refund.
How do refunds work?
Refunds are processed via Instapay once the item reaches our warehouse, usually within 1–3 business days.
Can I exchange for a different item?
