Delivery is free and typically takes 2–5 working days.

🛍 Returns & Exchanges

• If your bag has a manufacturing defect or clear issue, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of delivery — as long as it’s unused and in original condition.
• If you’ve simply changed your mind, you can return or exchange within 5 days of delivery, also unused and in original condition.
  

❌ We don’t accept partial returns or exchanges — the full order must be returned.

2. Our team will review your request and get back to you within 2 business days.
3. If approved, we’ll arrange a courier pickup for your return.
4. Eligible returns receive a free replacement or full refund.
   
   Refunds are processed via Instapay once your bag reaches our warehouse — typically within 1–3 business days.

Exchanges

You can exchange your bag for a different color or model.

If your preferred style is out of stock, we’ll offer a refund or let you choose another style.
